Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

Talents Trend AI / TalentTrend.com

Last updated: 01.02.2026

This policy applies ONLY when you purchase Talents Trend AI via an INVOICE processed through Paddle (an invoiced purchase). If you purchased through a different checkout flow, different billing terms may apply.

A) Who you are buying from (Important)

Merchant of Record / Seller for invoiced purchases

For invoiced purchases, Paddle (or a Paddle group company, depending on your location) is the seller of record and handles invoicing, payment collection, and (where applicable) consumer refunds/cancellations under its invoiced consumer terms.

Supplier / Product provider

Universe Force Group DOO (“Talents Trend AI”, “we”, “us”) provides the Talents Trend AI product, access, and product support.

What this means in practice

  • Billing, invoicing, payment processing, and consumer refund/cancellation handling are performed according to Paddle’s invoiced consumer rules.
  • Product functionality, access, and support are handled by Talents Trend AI.

B) Key definitions

“Consumer” means a natural person buying mainly for personal use (not for business/professional purposes).

“Business Buyer” means a person or entity buying for business/professional purposes.

“Digital Service” means the Talents Trend AI platform provided online during your subscription term.

“Digital Content” means any digital materials supplied in digital form.

“Invoiced Purchase” means a purchase paid via an invoice issued and processed by Paddle.

“Fees” means all amounts shown on the invoice (including subscription fees and any applicable taxes).

C) Our general refund position (Consistent with product terms)

Except where required by applicable law, or where Paddle decides otherwise under its invoiced consumer rules, Fees are non-refundable. This includes prepaid Fees and unused portions of a subscription period.

Nothing here limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

D) Consumer right to cancel (Withdrawal) — 14 days (Where applicable)

The basic right (Consumers)

If you are a Consumer and your Invoiced Purchase qualifies as a distance/online purchase, you generally have a right to cancel within 14 days without giving any reason, unless an exception applies.

Digital content / digital service exception (immediate performance)

For Digital Content or Digital Services supplied immediately, the 14-day cancellation right may be lost once supply/performance begins IF you:

  • expressly request immediate access/performance during the 14-day period, AND
  • acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once supply/performance begins,

to the extent permitted by applicable law.

How this is implemented: if immediate access is offered, you will be asked to give an explicit confirmation (for example, a checkbox) requesting immediate access and acknowledging the loss of the cancellation right once access/performance begins.

If you did NOT request immediate performance

If you did not request immediate performance and no other exception applies, you can cancel within the 14-day period using the process in Section H.

Refund timing for valid cancellations

For valid Consumer cancellations where the right has not been lost, refunds are generally issued without undue delay and typically within 14 days from the date the cancellation request is received and accepted, using the original payment method where possible.

E) Subscriptions (Auto-renewal) — Cancellation rules

Auto-renewal

Subscriptions typically renew automatically for successive billing periods unless cancelled before renewal.

How to stop renewal

To stop the next renewal, you must cancel before the renewal date. To avoid being charged for the next period, you should cancel no later than 48 hours before the end of the current billing period (or earlier if your invoice terms specify a different lead time).

No refunds for unused time

Unless required by applicable law or granted under Paddle’s invoiced consumer rules, subscription charges are not refunded for unused time in a billing period after the period has started.

F) Service problems, non-supply, or defects (Consumer statutory remedies)

This section preserves mandatory consumer rights where they apply.

If access is not supplied

If access is not supplied as agreed, Consumers may have legal remedies that can include termination and refund, depending on applicable law and the circumstances.

If the digital service is non-conforming (faulty / not as described)

Where mandatory consumer rules apply, you may have statutory remedies such as requiring us to bring the service into conformity (fix), a proportionate price reduction, or termination/refund in qualifying cases.

Process: contact Talents Trend AI support first (Section I) so we can diagnose and remedy the issue quickly. If a refund is required by law or appropriate under Paddle’s invoiced consumer rules, the refund request must be handled through Paddle’s invoiced purchase process (Section H).

G) What is not refundable (Unless law requires otherwise or Paddle approves)

The following are generally not refundable:

  • Any subscription period already started (unused time in the period).
  • Usage-based amounts already incurred (including consumed credits, if applicable).
  • One-time fees for work already performed (e.g., onboarding/integration/professional services) once started or delivered, if such services are part of your invoice.
  • Third-party fees charged by external providers (e.g., bank transfer charges, intermediary bank fees), unless applicable law requires otherwise.
  • Amounts connected to fraud, abuse, chargeback abuse, or material breach of applicable terms.

H) How to cancel or request a refund (Invoiced purchases)

Because Paddle is the seller of record for invoiced purchases, cancellation/refund requests for invoiced purchases must be submitted through Paddle’s invoiced purchase support process.

When submitting a request, include:

  • Invoice number
  • Buyer name and email
  • Date of invoice payment
  • Product name (Talents Trend AI)
  • Reason for request (optional for a valid Consumer 14-day cancellation where applicable)
  • Any supporting evidence (screenshots, error details)

Important: Product support is handled by Talents Trend AI (Section I), but invoiced-purchase cancellations/refunds must go through Paddle’s process.

I) Product support (Talents Trend AI)

For technical support, access issues, feature questions, or to report a defect, contact:

support@talentstrend.com

We will work to resolve issues promptly. If the outcome indicates a refund is legally required or appropriate, we will guide you on submitting the invoiced purchase refund request through Paddle.

J) Bank transfer (Wire) payments — Practical rules

If your invoice is paid by bank transfer:

Payment references are mandatory

You must include the exact payment reference shown on the invoice. Missing/incorrect references can delay reconciliation and therefore delay access and any eligible refunds.

Timing and reconciliation

Bank transfers may take additional time to clear and reconcile. Access may be delayed until payment is received and matched.

Bank fees

You are responsible for any bank charges and intermediary fees unless applicable law requires otherwise. Where a refund is issued, it may be reduced by unavoidable bank fees charged to the seller or payment processor, where permitted by law.

K) Tax (VAT) corrections / Refunds (Where applicable)

If you believe VAT or another indirect tax was applied incorrectly on an invoiced purchase, you must submit a correction request promptly and, in practice, within 60 days of the transaction date, with:

  • Invoice number
  • Billing details used
  • Supporting documentation required by tax rules (e.g., valid VAT ID where applicable)

Tax treatment and corrections are subject to verification and applicable tax law.

L) Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact Paddle’s invoiced purchase support process first and also inform Talents Trend AI support if the dispute relates to product access or performance.

Unjustified chargebacks, fraud, or abuse may result in suspension or termination of access, consistent with applicable terms and law.

M) Governing rules and mandatory consumer rights

Which terms control invoiced purchases

For invoiced purchases, Paddle’s invoiced consumer terms control the billing relationship, including invoicing, payments, cancellations, refunds, and tax handling.

Mandatory consumer rights

If you are a Consumer, you may have mandatory rights under the law of your country of residence (including EU consumer rules where applicable). Nothing in this policy removes those mandatory protections.

N) Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in product operations, invoicing flows, or legal requirements. The updated version applies from the date shown at the top.
